All of our deliveries are White Glove Service and include Full Installation. With Unpacking and Positioning, plus Free Removal of your old furniture!

After You Order

Once your order reaches our warehouse, we will get your brand new furniture to you by the agreed date and time.

Also, behind the scenes we will…

• Contact you upon ordering to confirm your order and expected delivery date so you can make any preparations
• Contact you again three days before your delivery date to arrange a time slot that works for you so you can be home to receive your new furniture.
• Email you confirmation of your confirmed delivery slot for reference

Upon Delivery

When your agreed delivery date comes around, we will drop your new furniture off within the agreed timeframe and as part of your free delivery service, we will…

• Contact you before your slot to know that we are nearby
• Carry in, unpack, set up and position your new furniture in your room of choice in the position you want. Access permitting.
• Take away your old furniture, completely free of charge

Cancellations and Amendments

Please note that as all of our furniture is handmade, custom and to order. We cannot offer any amendments or changes to your order once we have made the first point of contact to confirm your order and expected delivery date. Please mention any queries or mistakes with your order on that first point of contact.

Damages or Faults

Although we guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture, in the unlikely event that a sofa is delivered damaged or with a fault, please get in touch and let us know asap! We will get it fixed or send you a full refund.
